I went this place couple of times because my nephew's bike and my bike had problems(handle was twisted, tube inside of the tire was twisted, tires were out of frame). The owner has very good knowledge of bicycles and the bikes were fixed very well. I didn't need to go their again for the same reasons. Great. Very fair price and excellent service!!
They are very attentive to their customers. All of my questions and concerns were answered over the phone and in a timely manner. The owner, Gerry, is wonderful. You can tell that he not only cares for his shop and has a passion for bicycles, but that he also goes above and beyond to be conscious of the role he is playing in his community.
Excellent service. I discovered a problem with my bike and i had a ride scheduled the next day. Ferguson bike shop fixed it in a couple of hours.
Great shop, super friendly and helpful, no pressure to sell you stuff you don't need. Shop is smaller than other places so selection is somewhat limited, but they have always had what I was looking for. They are also very active in the community and offer several great outreach programs.
